We can't enforce the laws we have now, so lets just make some more, F&*king Great...Instead of more laws we need a revolution...

If you don't like it you can move to another country.

I do agree that people should leave this country if they don't like we run things. That being said, this country used to be a country of freedoms. Everyday, some form of freedom is stripped from us. For years we worked to achieve new freedoms ( woman voting rights, equal treatment of races) and now we are letting, no helping the government take them from us. We are all for not having a voice. The American people love being pampered by the government and letting them tell you what is best for you. "where a seatbelt, Where a helmet, Don't carry guns" When will it stop? I'll tell you when. It will stop when we are as Socialist as possible, and then the only way to get those freedoms back is to revolt! this is getting rediculous!

texting and driving, like drinking and driving, puts other people at risk. Are you saying that you have a "right" to risk my safety?

do you smoke? Because smokers infringe on the safety of my health. Should we ban smoking?

So move somewhere where smoking is banned in public places. There's plenty of states that have already joined that bandwagon.

Do you think it's fair that they did that in other states though? I mean personally, it's nice to go into public places and not smell the smoke because I am not a smoker. However, I would be pissed if I was! What gives the them the right to tell me where I can light up? It's all BS. It's like in some parts of Europe. You can buy weed, smoke weed in your house or in private, but if you get caught with it otherwise, you get a ticket for possession! Just so much stupid crap!

When they initially made the Bill of Rights did they have cars and cell phones? Its a freedom to drive a car, own a gun, and skateboard. If you don't like it then you still have the choice to not do the previous things. Personally I'm glad that people can't walk arround with a gun and I yell at my girlfriend everyday to put on her seatbelt.

So you like the fact that you possibly will not be able to protect yourself with firearms in the future?

If we get invaded by a professional army in the future then what good would my one untrained gun do? Maybe everyone should have their own mini nukes for protection.
