T-Mobile to Charge $1.50 for Paper Bills
If they really cared....
they would just take the 1.50 off of your current bill. That would encourage customers to go paperless but it wouldnt punish those whose only option is for paper

If someone is in such dire straights that the can afford a cell phone but not a computer and the internet they deserve to be left in the dark. Computers are extremely inexpensive and dial up internet is $10 or under.
