This all reminds me of the board game Monopoly when someone lands on your property and has hotel's and trys to bargain with you and no matter how sweet the deal is, you simply tell them, "I want that cash" and put the flame to their a$$ 🤣

Basically it means SK doesnt trust Sprint with its investment. With Sprint's past history in shooting itself in the foot I don't really blame them.

No the document stated that SK wanted to be apart but sprint was offering too small of stake so they bailed out and are forced to sale like on the monopoly board game. 🤣

There maybe some humorous truth to your comment but there is more to it. SK Telecom was at one point, set to buy Sprint. Sprint moved on and now Sprint is the one in charge. SK decides that with such a small stake in the venture, it's not worth being dictated to.
