This device needs to be a hit. It's specs have a competitive formula. All it needs is the wow factor from its dedicated users. If not, Palm will be in serious trouble.

I don't know that I personally think it's "that" ugly, but I think I would have preferred a keyboard that slid out to the side so you could have better key spacing and use the screen in landscape mode while typing.
