Why do they......
Put decent features in such a horrible looking phone?? đ
...
i dont understand it either, i work for at&t and ask myself why there is such a huge love affair between them and pantech. this phone is like an ugly fat woman with a beautiful personality âšī¸
...
Wow, I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.
...
Pantech are just ugly phones by nature, I am very happy my company never sells them because I never seen ONE i even remotely liked/.
...
Haha, well done with the Billy Madison reference! I award you points for that.
...
The reason for this phone is to move people out of thier old Nokia 6010s into a phone with a few more features.
...
if someone has the nokia 6010 RIGHT now theyve been eligible to upgrade for quite some time so im sure they werent waiting for pantech to be their god and savior. theres been plenty of adequate phones thats been out since then so if they still carry that nokia then they must be satisfied by it and dont need gps, music player, 3G, etc. about 90% of 6010 users who still have it probably personally knew wyatt earp as a boy.

man ive worked here for 3 years and i can count on my hand how many people upgraded from a 6010 or any nokia brick all the sudden are interested in getting GPS and willing to sign up for the unlimited media net in order to prevent usage charges. besides its a pantech, which has ranged from crappy to so/so at best depending on which model. ya theres people who want just a phone and those are the people who go for the free stuff and not spend 70 to 90 bucks (depending on the amount of the rebate) for a phone like this.

Not surprised you mentioned the 6010 since it just so happens to be what i have and was going to upgrade or consider upgrade to a Pantech c630. The c630 though is not a pretty phone, but than neither was the Nokia 6010. It would be nice to be able to buy a phone that is for the most part focused on being a phone and does that part extremely well. Personally textting is a backward step in the revolution of communications. A camera with 1.3 mega pixels is about 9 mega pixels behind the cameras i do have and the current state of the art, so why bother? If i wanted a music machine i would buy an ipod of some sort. If i need to check my email i will go to my computer and do it the normal way. Like i said a phone that does vocal communicati...
