Another 30 Million customers all forced to wait for LTE! I am excited that I will at least have the choice to enjoy much faster wireless internet speeds before the rest of the world until then.

Being unfamiliar with all this could you please explain to me what Long Term Evolution is? How is is comparable to 4g? Thanx

Long Term Evolution(LTE) is 4G. It is the same thing.

actually I should clarify that 4G is the next step in broadband from 3G in which you are probably using right now. The speeds will be dramatically faster and superior than current use and LTE is the technology that will deliver it. So in essence LTE will be considered the 4G World standard as GSM is over CDMA. The plug in the dike at this current time is that it is not available yet for another 2-3 years conservatively.

This is partially true because GSM carriers can evolve HSPA to wicked speeds to transition over to LTE. I know that is ATT's path but I am not sure what TMobile has in their cards.
