Ignoring the facts?

I usually try to stay away from opinions on other carriers but what is the deal with charging 50 dollars more for the same phone that Sprint and ATT have? What does their version offer that is different? While all the Verizon fans and Reps feel compelled to embrace a forum to degrade a certain carrier, we as a company were going to base our decision on price. The company you bashed is now getting our business of 257 new TouchPros'. I would suggest that rather than supporting higher prices for the same product, you may want to re-evaluate what sucks and what doesn't.

I'd rather pay more for a device but have a reliable service than save a few bucks and suffer ****ty service.

fact- VZW does not have the most corp accounts.

Just an fyi. VZW no longer holds the title of best 3g carrier (ie. Sprint does now). You might want to go research your stuff again.

I am rather amazed that you are ignoring the fact that a multi-million dollar company has just invested thousand's of dollars for the phones alone in obtaining continual service with Sprint. Your argument still breaches the point of why this phone is priced more than its competitors? Using the customer service or coverage as leverage for an argument is old and irrelevent to the price of this device. Sprint service and coverage for us has not been an issue. I would expect a different conclusion on your part. I will again ask why this version of the phone is priced higher than the other two carriers? Does it have more memory? Does it have additional options that the other versions don't? These are legitimate questions? Please render me a more ...

Check the 3g coverage maps on att and Sprint when picking which one to go with, it really depends on the market but there is a reason that most business customers have Sprint. I sell both of them and here in Austin Tx Sprint has a really solid data and voice network but att is getting better. Verizon here is not a big player yet..

I see your point... BUT

Hasn't Verizon been more expensive on everything for forever? This shouldn't be something new. Verizon's service is pretty good, but its always been at a high price.
