Google Brings 'Earth' to the iPhone

Ive owned both iphones, and the edge network on Tmobile is faster - and 3G, BLOWS ATTs away. I was 100% surprised, but its true. The 3G network on ATT may be good, but it sucks on the iphone, and its living proof that concept and construction are two different things.

The G1 is much faster on GMS networks than the iphone. Now, the iphone however keeps connected to Wifi better, but thats been my experience. ALL HAIL THE DRIOD.

It seems like all you Verizon empoyees are high on Verizon crack!!!!!!! I have been with Cingular/ATT for --- 7 --- years!!!! No problems with signal, and I get 3G in all the far reaches of Las Vegas.

I've heard from someone who has Verizon for a work phone that in the far west side of Las Vegas near Red Rock area Verizon has --- NO --- service, that's right, that's what I said, NO service, when he gets a signal back, he can get voicemails, yep, I'm talking about Verizon, the crack that your so, so high on.

I swear you Verizon employees are more ****y than Michael Jordan!!!! Your all brainwashed by those "network" advertisements.

7 years I have had NO problem with Cingular/ATT.

almost everyone has heard of orlando, its a big city.

my sister graduated in july of 08. i was there with a flipshot, my brother a sprint mogul. my sis bf with some htc with a magnetic keyboard on att and my mom with att moto phone and my dad with alltel. in the arena where the service was held, I WAS THE ONLY ONE WITH SERVICE. ill say it again, i was the only one with service. not only did i have service, i had full evdo coverage and was sending the pics i was takin while in the arena.

One thing I have to say is tmobile is great, not too happy with at&t and verizon def has the best reception/signal.

Guess what, Verizon put 3 new towers up in tha area yesterday!

Hey.. did you KNOW that ATT and Verizon have both commited to the same LTE network? THE SAME. So, it dosnt matter which one says about the other, they will be holding hands in 2010 when they sign on the dotted line.

I downloaded this app this morning and it's very slick, smooth rendering of the pictures. Look just like when browsing from a computer.
It's app like this one that make the iPhone more superior to all those other copycats that are trying to compete.

Idiot. 3rd party apps do not make a phone 'more superior' than another, especially when that phone is the iPhone. When it comes to the iPhone, 3rd party apps cannot even be considered as they have only been available recently(without jailbreaking)...a full f'in year after the phone initially launched. That by itself is unacceptable. When counted next to the iPhones other flaws and outright omissions feature-wise, I'm surprised you fanboys can clear your throat enough to fellate it anymore. The iPhone has 4 things going for it. It is asthetically and visually pleasing, has a great UI, decent browser and is, for all intents and purposes, an iPod. What the....damn that is an ugly phone. I had to look that one up...geez. Anyways, I don't have anything against the iPhone itself, only how Apple has crippled it...both before and after the fact. I don't need to mention the laundry list of things that it could or should be able to do, other people have allready done that....many times.

I have went through two iphone3g and was not so happy. The phone acts up a lot has a lot of glitches and when you try to call at&t for help forget about it they won't help you.What upsets memost of the iphone is once you get back to the homescreen it kicks you out of programs like aim etc. God forbid something is wrong with your phone and its not even a month old you won't be able to get a replacement. I am def not happy with that phone at all and I am speaking from experience. I recently ordered the G1 I HOPE it's better then the iphone 3g. Even if it does have some problems I would def prefer to stay with tmobile then at&t you save a lot more $ and the reps are a lot more helpful.
