If i pay for a song then i should be able to do with it what i want. If i want to rip it or delete it its mine.

Sprint also has a right to put whatever restrictions they want on products they sell, and you also have the right to purchase songs from any vendor you like. Might I recommend rhapsody or itunes?

Or, simply "stream" your favorite genre from a website (I.e. shoutcast.com etc) 😎. No money involved 😁 IMHO, their "Music Store", pretty much suxxxx 😛 .
