No it doesn't actually. The only law that is across each state is when trying to records for landlines.

There is no real privacy with cell phones.

Service Providers will NOT give info to LE without a warrant and it's been that way for quite some time. Whether or not each State has a law in place is really a mute issue.

Privacy for cell phone users is intact... without a doubt.

I know that we do NOT give out ANY information, even account holders name, without a warrant. I'm in Pa.

I've sold phones in Missouri, Kansas, and now Washington. All three require a subpoena and or a warrant.
