Exactly Right! Best Buy paid for a 60-day exclusivity agreement as the only National Retailer for that duration. After that it is whoever coughs up the cash.

At our store we only do upgrades if they are ELIGIBLE.
The only transfers should be for FDT questions or help. Anything else in sales support, we should handle.
I am truly sorry about all the "20 questions" that we are required to ask you. It's not that we want to have to ask all that stuff, but we hear about it in several negative ways if we don't do that. While there are varying levels of difference between what does and what should happen with NSS, i'll just leave it at that and thank you very much for recognizing what goes on out on our frontlines.

The reason all lines of business don't have them is that Samsung just can't manufacture enough to keep up with demand. We will have to bring the chain stores on slowly so that everybody isn't out all the time. It's a bad situation in one way but it's great that so many people want it.
I have seen ONE once and was really impressed.
