Doesn't matter
If you have ever been in a Radioshack you will know that Radio shack will have none in stock. But that won't stop the underpaid employees from trying to shove one down your throats.

Hehe. I worked at a RS for 3 years and your right on the money. The unfortunate thing is unless it is a store which sells a lot of phones they probably won't have them and the only way they start getting them is to sell a few. It is a stupid system.
I still have a friend who works at my old store, I think I will buy one through him. I know he is a good guy.
...
Not true. You haven't worked at RS for awhile. I have been here since the dawn of time. Every store is getting them. The only sucky thing is the smaller stores only get 2.

Learn how to sell and you may get more. If you can't move them why give them to you

Well gents, I've already sold 1. So I guess I just shove them down peoples throats. Better to be at a radioshack then a core store where the people are A$$ holes.

Better to work ANYWHERE besides a Radioshack. You guys are paid crap. I pitty you.

I have not worked at 1 for just over a year now. It is good that every store is getting at least 2. That at least shows that RS is learning from past mistakes.
Do you know if they are shipping with the latest OS or do they need updating right out of the box?
...
I think they need to update the software. Yeah RS finally learned. I remember when i started and the smaller stores got none of the very limited PDA phones. But just last year they decided to let all stores carry at least a few PDA phones and it worked out great. I am in a very small store and I have Palm Centros, Blackjack 2s, Curves, Pearls, Instincts, HTC Touchs. So much better than before.

there is an emerging wish amoungst buyers to own a Smartphone. this would be a wise choice for any dealer especially RS to offer anything of this nature to stay competitive. RS has been behind in this category. It is nice to see them enhancing the availabilty of these products.
