SK Telecom wants to merge Helio and VM. If this happens, SK Telecom could have the controlling interest in the new merged company. I don't think SK Telecom wants to buy one of the larger carriers.

🤭 Sorry about the wrong information. VM is buying out Helio but SK Telecom still does not want to buy one of the larger carriers.
