Motoroola mpx220?
It is unfortunate tjat they did not incorporate the Motorola mpx220 in their expose. I am an 8th grader in Georgia and I am extremely phone fancy. Although the Motorola mpx220 does not have qwerty keypad, it should have still been in the shutterbugs category, for it is much better that most Nokias! 😲

I disagree.
Although Nokias are not the best camera phones, they're pretty good.
The MPx220 camera is definitely sub-par. It's a decent phone in many respects, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone concerned about camera quality.

🤣 It had to be an 8th grader. Listen kid, first read about the difference in CCD and CMOS sensors, then comment. The MPX220 was a rush job by Motorola & minisoft. Maybe you werent born yet when they recalled the first batch of 220s, the firmware was bad. It still has many problems. Have you seen any commercials for it? You've seen razor, but mpx220s?. Not until they perfect CMOS technology, that camera phones with those sensors will take good pictures. For now you are better off with VGA cameras than CMOS megas.

Who are you calling a kid? I know all about CCD and CMOS, and I'm well aware of MPx220 issues you mentioned. I also have an MPx220, and a RAZR, so I think I can comment on this.

Funny thing is that the RAZR ACTUALLY costs (in reality) $530.00 without a contact and the MPX220 $379.00. These are the wholesale prices. Again, way to bust on the 8th grader without an education? Umm, no...when I was his/her age - I kept up with technology, too.

All of these websites sell the RAZR and the mpx220 for half the price of what you thought. Sorry, if you spent to much money, but celluloco is not the greatest place to buy these models, or any models, for that matter.

He probably got those numbers from internal company communications and misread them. Those sound like the companies charges per unit to carry the device. In fact, the RAZR is just that price, $530 per unit for the carrier to purchase.

On the topic of commercials, the only reason the RAZR is on tv is because it is the Cingular flagship phone that costs a lot. Have you EVER seen ANY OTHER MOTO PHONE ON TV??? The answer, if you watch any of the major networks, is NO.
Everyone knows that there is absolutely no point in relying fully on a cell phone for a digital camera. This is reality, face it! If you want a good camera phone, buy the SE s710a when it comes out for Cingular, otherwise, please NO COMPLAINTS!!!

Great! another lawyer, hope you do better than your future counterparts and dont turn into a money hungry, suing for spilled coffee bastards that we have now. Good luck in your future. I still know the MPX220 is a rushed product with less than adequate testing. Rebooting may not bother you, but most people find it annoying.
