New Plan vs. SERO?

So, how would this compare with the various SERO plans, especially if one wanted to add Sprint TV or streaming radio types of options. Will SERO be adding more features? Seems like this new set of plans could make SERO less compelling if one wanted to add features beyond the standard Xminutes/data/unlim. texting.

Hmmm...perhaps it's not supposed to compare with SERO, SERO is a referral offer, it's not for the mainstream customer. Actually, from my experience I have found that SERO is for cheapskates that Customer Care doesn't want to deal with so they transfer them to us in Employee Care, even though SERO users aren't employees (paying attention regular care reps, NOT EMPLOYEES!!!) and the only question I seem to get, usually from someone obviously foreign, is "oh, can I am also supposed to be getting my employee discount YOUR NOT! Or "oh, my friend has SERO and get's 6pm for free" NO THEY DON'T...sorry, had to vent 😈 The point is, that would be like me saying, "oh, how does this compare with my EDRP?" kind of a no brainer. Although I suppos...

I have in the past been willing to pay more for excellent customer service and network functionality -- and what happened? I spent a lot of money at Verizon but found the excellence wasn't there. I decided that for my next phones/devices I would pay more attention to cost because it seems that the phones and features have become commoditized. I learned about SERO from looking online to learn about Sprint's offerings. Long story short, I was simply able to call in and request a SERO plan last summer. Since then I have found the customer service at Sprint to be highly variable, no better, no worse than Verizon, but overall not good. Sprint doesn't "deserve" my loyalty and it hasn't yet been earned.

I was simply asking in my post how SERO c...

I understand and that wasn't directed toward you personally, more of a vent, and my personal opinion of cheapskates and people that want everything for free doesn't reflect on any way the customer service I give or the customer service Sprint gives as a company. I am proud to work for Sprint, I am a care rep., and I am proud of the outstanding service I give every customer I speak with " No sir, I do apologize but you do not receive a free phone every 12 months with SERO " Now, to speak to your question, the SERO is more like the 450 Everything Plan, with 50 more minutes of course, and not including Sprint TV, Telenav, or Sprint Radio. We had the same concern from Employees of Sprint that have a free plan or the Advantage Club plan as far as...

Thanks! I appreciate the info. That would be great for there to be a $10.00 add-on offer for SERO that adds in the music/media/Telenav.

I wouldn't count on it. They have been making changes to the SERO plan and taking away features that were previously included. It might be possible as a buy up, but it doesn't seem like SERO is a priority right now

I wouldn't count on it. They are changing a lot on the SERO plan and actually taking away features that used to be free. So it might be available as an add-on, but it doesn't seem like the SERO plans are thier priority right now
