No one every said Sprint was not getting the phone. The FCC said on both pages 15 and 18 that it was for use on the Sprint Power Vision network. So as no carrier has readily said YA or NA. We must just wait. Besides You have no idea what all is goes into getting these phones anyway SO CALM DOWN!!!!!!!!!!

The documents show Verizon branding on the phone and also mention compatibility with Sprint's Power Vision services. Neither carrier has officially announced it will carry this device.

Don't assume, just ask. Sprint actually released pictures of this phone on engagdet.com before anyone else. We will get this phone, hopefully before Verizon but maybe not.
