If Motorola lost everything, and shut down, the world might come to an end. I don't care because I have been sober from the junk know as the RAZR V3m for about.. 3 month. But all the RAZR owners, the new RAZR2, and Nextel's phones, a lot of people would be in a lot of trouble.
