Reps are usually rude because ignorant customers who come into the stores ready to fight. Yes sometimes the good customers get the crappy end of the stick but if you come into the store show some respect to the employees. Yes we work for the company but it's just a logo on our shirts we're consumers also. I love when you're doing your job and can't help someone they actually hate YOU. When they get their way that's when they're cool with you until next time they can't get their way. So when you can't bend the rules they hate you and claim it's towards the company so why hit me with a damn phone I'm not the CEO.

I'm definately not a provider hun I'm not the CEO for this company my job is on the line each day and I pay green money just like you and please tell me where I said I argue with the customer or treat them bad I spoke on reps I've seen treat customers wrong before u shoot ur opinions READ than say what u have to say.

You must be one of those customers that like to come in and fight the Reps because you went over your bill and don't wanna be responsible. It's amazing how people get on a machine and talk a bunch of garbage.
