This could be great for the US Handset market
I really hope this product takes off. If it's really successful we are going to see allot more HIGH END Nokia coming stateside, in a timely manner(Instead of a year after its release,ie N95) Just think if ATT starts carrying more High end Nokia's and More Apple phones they might be come unstoppable.

It all depends on how well it is designed and what games are available. The Nintendo DS and PSP are pretty strong contenders, so Nokia and whatever carrier are going to have to figure out if they want to compete with Nintendo and Sony or not. Both systems have great design and great games, so the Ngage has a bit of an uphill battle.
I won't buy it even if it comes to my carrier, but I'm all for more handsets and more variety.

Realistically, this COULD work again. The initial buzz for the N-Gage was overwhelming, despite its structural flaws. Its rep is damaged.. probably beyond repair, but a stylish phone and better graphics would revitalize it.

I was laughing at the thought of AT&T being "unstoppable", I suspect this phone will sell/perform well, but with better gaming options available, unless it holds it's ground with a PSP (which I doubt), we probably will only see limited game titles for it.

you do know that the n-gage is a gaming service not a device. See the N series phones are going to be able to use the n gage service. i remember the n-gage i knew it wasn't going to go far at all. just look at nokia's website for more infomation about the n-gage service.
