Thas' a damn shame...
I remember when they came out with the SCP-5300 then followed up with the SCP-8100. Those phones were the **** (in my opinion mind you).
They had a slight Keitai look and feel to them. What with the antenna placed on the left instead of the right, and the larger size (5300) of the phones all together.
It all went down hill after that...
American phones seem to embrace a sort of small form factor. If you look at most of the Japanese cell phones, those things a huge! The newest ones have a minimum of a 2.4in screen and then go from there.
I think Sanyo started off like that in the beginning taking cues from what was going on in Japan, and then implementing it on there first borns.
Oh well... I liked Sanyo, they should of branc...
