I agree. But I think they should just let amp'd fall to the ground. They weren't making much, if any, money anyway. Did people actually pay for that crap? What a waste of money for them.

Amp'd was an MVNO. There's nothing for Verizon to "take over". They might be able to file a claim against them for any physical goods they own like computers, but they'll have second dibs to the IRS which will probably take it all anyway.
