I am not drinking iPhone haterade, I truly do like the phone itself (with a few reservations), Apple makes great products. It might take a couple of trys but they know their stuff.

I love Apple, but in this case can't defend them. The only innovative part of the iphone is the dual touch LCD. The internet browser is sub-par because of At&t's internet service. Even thier highspeed is 5 times slower than Sprints or Verizons. The talk quality is rated poor in every review and the keyboard is horrible. You have to change keyboards just to put in a period. There is no end or talk button which will get annoying. All in all its not a great phone. Its not even a great video player. So for the price I'd buy a great phone and a seperate, but great video player, and at least I could get insurance and a decent warrenty on both of those products. Actually, the iPhone didn't shape anything for the Prada. You might want to get your facts straight, as the LG Prada was before the iPhone. Apple made the announcement of the iPhone sooner than they were supposed to in order to make people believe they were first.

If you go back a few months, you will find the real information on this, including where they were not supposed to make an announcement due to Cisco having the iPhone name Copyrighted already.


Some how Apple has managed to brainwash everybody, when in fact all they did was copy other devices and put a sub-par device on the market that got to much hype.

True that on the PRADA. In fact, it won design awards before the iPhone was announced. I will say that the multimedia capabilities of the iPhone are top notch, but when it comes to actual phone quality, i have been very disappointed. I can't judge on the PRADA though since I haven't personally played used one, and I'm willing to bet not too many people on these forums have either.

go to just about any verizon store any night of the week. It might not be wrapped around the building, but everyone knows there are lines of people waiting to sign up or upgrade. I know cause they all complain about the wait.

Dude, every time i go to a Verizon store, its nuts in there. So many people. When the Chocolate first came out it was even worse. The Chocolate 2 is gonna sell REALLLLLL good.

1. For every Verizon store, there are 5 at&t/cingular stores (agents included)
2. At a Verizon store you can talks to a sales person, a tech, or a cust care rep in the same location.
3. Verizon is sloooowwww.

But good luck w/ the chocolate 2. It looks really nice and the whole gimmick with the name is brilliant (seriously). Best nickname since the Razr. And I actually like how Verizon stores are set up. It must be nice to have a greeter direct sales your way (as a salesperson) before having to navigate through people who just want to bi**h. Must be nice...
