Handset Lemon Law Passed in Illinois
this is a stupid law
that's all i have to say about it. it's going to drive prices higher for illinois custys because of how the new law will be abused. i hope it doesn't pass their senate, and end up having the rest of the country follow.

YES, the law should not be allowed... some one mentioned 150 for a basic cell phone, i'm think more like 200... We need to find the person who came up or started this law...

I'm guessing their son/daughter absloutly HAD to have the chocolate then realized what a POS it is (after the 15 day return policy was up). Then they wanted a different phone and had to pay retail got pissed and came up with this great idea. 🙄

I am not sure you say that the Chocolate is a bad phone. I have been using mine since September and love it. No issues at all. Some people are just to stupid and impatient to use the touch pad.

Thats awesome that you haven't had any problems with your Chocolate but I have had to call in so many replacements for that phone. One of our reps has had his replaced 4 times. You are pretty lucky for the most part they are not that great.

the chocolate is good for some and bad for others, mine is horriable, it always has probs. but ive had some people who love it, most phones are 50/50 . people love eaither love em or hate em. and if it works good for you you are very lucky!
