Helio Introduces Drift With New Location Services
I'll wait...
They tote this myspace thing on a phone without a KB, and that is a bit silly.
If Danger helps them design something, it will be a winner - or, at least something much better than these phones.
This is the most **** I've ever seen jammed into a phone of this size. The fact that they got a GPS receiver in there (that apparently works, according to the engadgetmobile.com post about it today) still amazes me. If a keyboard got involved, it would have pushed it into the smartphone/pda form factor which, for me, just isn't pocketable.
Guess I'll find out soon enough. I ordered one on Friday, supposed to be here some time this week.

Actually, all current CDMA phones in the US have that. It's for E-911. Newer phones, such as this and many new Sprint and Verizon phones, simply add the software interface (API) that lets it be used for navigation software, etc. (LBS).

I haven't seen this confirmed anywhere else though.
