Probably never. Who really wants it? Sure it's nifty, but is it actually useful to anyone? I don't care to see the people I'm talking to, nor do I care for them to see me.
AT&T does offer video sharing, where you can show someone what you're looking at in real-time video. That's neat and useful, IMO.
