Sprint Eyeing More Video Options

hhaha yeah well I think T-Mobile is getting better coverage since were building towers everyday but customer service makes Sprint look way worse..I mean I called in and they didnt respond to my tigger statement saying I wanted to cancel and also I wanted to check my text msgs and they placed me on hold for 10 min just for that. Over here in T-mobile that would be something that takes like 1.5 sec to look up..??

sprint's customer service WAS notoriously bad, but i've got to admit it's getting better, it's getting better all the time. as for comparing t-mobile to sprint...customer service will only get you so far. new features such as the one listed above make a carrier much more attractive than stellar customer service, however unfortunate that may be.

yeah that is true I mean T-mobile is coming out with some super awesome features i cant say about but Sprint does have some nice things too...i mean I have sprint and its not sooooo bad...cust some things I don't like
