Can Not Receive MMS Messages While my WI-FI is TURNED ON
I can not receive MMS messages while my wi-fi is turned on ( I can send them ) I have done a factory reset and even had my carrier send me a new phone. still the same problem. I have went to a best buy mobile store and the regular best buy, and no one at any of the store knows why this is happening.
If I turn off my wi-fi I can receive MMS messages but while my wi-fi is turned on I CAN NOT RECEIVE MMS messages...

I have the same problem with mine (I have Virgin Mobile) I just swapped out phones from a LG Volt to the Galaxy J3. I have 3 other Virgin Mobile phones that DON'T have this problem. I have spoke to Virgin Mobile several times and even Samsung about this and no one could give a good reason why. They keep telling me it's a wifi problem. Well if it's a wifi problem then why can I send and receive MMS on my other Virgin Mobile phones. I have switched to a 3rd party app (Google Messages) that works.
