I think this might be of interest to many customers because it has a different look. Even though it is still a clamshell - I think it might stand out from some of the others.

My question is - why does one picture show an antenna on the phone and the other does not? I wonder which one it will actually be?

I belive that outer bar is an accessory that allows you to clip/attach the phone to something. You can see the screw on the side where you can take it off of the phone.

Actually, the the literature says the outer bar is a drop protector.

The left (red) one is actually the Japanese version. The FCC docs didn't have a good photo of the front - only one good enough to confirm this is the same design.

The right one is an actual photo of the FCC-approved U.S. version, so as you can see they added an antenna, presumably at Verizon's request.
