I have T-Mobile and a Nokia 3660 (I know that my phone is old) and I have used this to PTT to friends in the US... I must say that having an EDGE phone w/ the same OS would be even better... But I don't pay for any $20 a month thing at all. 4.99 T-Mobile Web (no minutes used) and 4.99 for the fastchat service... The only thing was they are now only working with carriers now... I guess the end user model did not work. It was cool though. I would love to see T-Mobile bring this to the table... This is by far the best PTT/IM software that I have come across.

The problem with "FastChat" is that it's actually the slowest PTT technology. The latency is always going to suck without special support on the network side.
Cingular's PTT, meanwhile, will use Kodiak's RTX, which has a reputation for being very fast.
