Cingular doesn't even have cs agents prepared to deal with problems customers are having with voice.
If this were a hardware upgrade, I might agree with you. Kodiak is a software solution so won't be a huge undertaking to get going. It uses existing gsm voice. At max, there will only be about a million PTT handsets on the entire network during the first year. I think Cingular can handle this one.
