Samsung will get it right. This is for early adopters. Don't fall for it

Huh? What makes you say that? According to the review it seemed to be a decent phone.

Well this is a 'new tech' device. It would make sense for LG to throw one together for the consumer that wants to be ahead of the curve (hah), but it'll probably take years more for successful implementation, bit by bit.

TLDR;

Company can make money off releasing gimmick.
Company will release gimmick

(..with stats enough to say it's not just a gimmick and prevent blowback).

Eventually, this will probably mean that phones in general are 5-10% more resistant to breakage due to stress.

That's what I reckon anyway.

720p and the screen sucked. Plus when Samsung comes out with one in a few months with a 1440p screen and the whole works you're gonna have buyers remorse

How does 720p on a 6in screen suck? How can you possible tell the difference between 720 and 1080p on such a small screen. Also please tell me any models of any upcoming Samsung phone that has a curved oled screen, what their isn't one? That's what I thought. Sit back down.

Well, I mean it is possible to tell the difference I'm sure but a 1440p screen is really REALLY overdoing it on a mobile device. Also I really don't like the implication that Samsung's garish and tacky OLEDs are the "best."

How does 720p on a 6in screen suck you ask? Do the math fool. If the G Flex rocks your boat so be it but again you will have buyers remorse when the bigger players do it better. Don't be a guinea pig for LG. They're a poor man's Samsung anyway.

They would have to change their beloved 4" metal candy bar design up too much. They are not known for making big risk taking changes. You will be lucky if you get a 4.5" iPhone with the iPhone 6.

No samsung will add more gimmicks like looking away to pause a video, or scrolling with your eyes.

I personally don't like Samsung phones for one reason, Touch Wiz. I don't need additional crap on my phone to obstruct the sweet goodness which is Android. That's why my hat is in the ring with Motorola and their new owners Lenovo. Lenovo knows how to throw high power into a sexy package, for a reasonable cost.
