Does the FCC think it gets the authority to regulate phone locking policies? This is so far beyond the scope of the FCC's actual authority that it's ridiculous.

Exactly where do legislators think they can get away with pocketing big corporate dollars and trampling our rights at the behest of greedy corporations? You'll never find anyone who hates government regulation of business as much as I do. But even I can clearly see that if everyone else is going to overstep their bounds, someone needs to look out for the American public. So, when you fix all the corporate cronies in Washington, you can come talk to me about the FCC and net neutrality and phone unlocking. Until then, I support the organization that supports my Constitutional rights. Period.

I dont think he undetstood the article because if he did he wouldnt have made that comment

T bone the article is talking about how consumers have the right to have the carrier unlock thier phone after they have completed there two year agreement so if the customer wants to use it on a different network they can
