This is an outrage! 👿 Racist all the way! Where is the phone that speaks Ebonics? Or how about the one with hill-billy interpretation happen to speak Klingon as my primary language, and have to use interpretors frequently 😳 . I am very disgruntled that my customer service doesn't speak Klingon.

I know you were joking but that wasn't funny. I mean I am glad to see more support for the second official language which is actually getting shunned in the US. I mean if this was in Canada for french it would be huge in Quebec. All we have is french translations on consumer products and an alternate option for french. Even if my french sucks I still believe people need to support the secondary language more.

I think everyone is taking it the wrong way. What I meant is this needs to be supported more. FORGET about the first post on this thread. All that I was trying to say that we need more companies like this.

I Quebec, I don't think that you have to worry about having services in French. Most/many services in Canada are in both languages. In Quebec, I think the services are in French, and some may offer English.
There are probably most Spanish speaking people in the U.S. than there are Canadians in Canada. I don't personally have a problem with a company offering services in another language, as long as it 'can' also be offered in english as well (doesn't have to be the primary).

Why must the Puerto Ricians hate on the Mexicans? Honestly, is it because the gringos think all Hispanics are Mexicans?

I firmly believe that we live in AMERICA. Home of ENGLISH speaking people. If you can't speak ENGLISH then go back to where they understand you.

There is no reason for us to be wasting perfectly good paper on manuals for any other language than ENGLISH.

I never said I don't like hispanics. Never in my post did it say that. In fact, 2 of my closest friends are Puerto Rican. They do speak english, as do both of their parents. Im just a firm believer in speaking the language of the country you live in. If I were to move to spain, I would learn Spanish. It's crazy how this country has changed. No one helped out german and itailian refugees escapiong tyrannies in their country. No one did. They had to learn english. There were no Itailian or German maunuals for anything. It's just crazy how they come to our country and expect everything handed to them on a silver platter.

Have you ever heard the term OFFICIAL LANGUAGE? That is the language of the country that is accepted nationally. Now the US has TWO official languages: english and spanish. So what is wrong with someone only being able to speak one of the official languages like spanish. It may be not as supported because it is the secondary official language but it is still an offical language. And also you probably know someone fluent in spanish but their english needs work. Its much easier to get through life in this world if you can talk to people in your primary language.

Spanish is not an official language in the US. I'm 100% Hispanic and I acknowledge that fact, but guess what, there's no law anywhere written that states that English is the official language of this country. Given that our constitution and every other founding document of this nation is written in English, English is the DE FACTO standard language. As far as things being offered in spanish/any other language, Hispanics represent the most growing sector of our population. Not only that, but we have more buying power than any other minority group in this country. Look up the facts if you don't believe me. Companies are in business for the sole purpose of making money, thank Capitalism for that one. In today's United States of America, it make...

Exactly, There are plenty of people from other coutries that learned to speak english. I don't see why one language gets it easyy compared to another. Spanish is more similar to English than any other. It's just stupid.
