I guess these jobs will be going to India or some other western country.......... What a joke! The day I can't understand my customer service rep is the day I switch carriers!!!

North America is in the Western Hemisphere, so countries in the Continent (Canada, United States, Greenland, Mexico, Gulf Countries) are all considered western countries.
India, Pakistan, those countries are definately Eastern Countries. Think the Middle East
