Ouch Nokia! And your phones are crap, too!

"[i]f there is something good in the world, we copy with pride." True to this quote, Nokia has demonstrated its willingness to copy Apple's iPhone ideas as well as Apple's basic computing technologies, all while demanding Apple pay for access to Nokia's purported standards essential patent."

So in other words, Nokia said "hey, that iPhone looks awesome, can we have some? We have some crappy unenforceable patents that are standard to the industry we can give you"
Nokia's are still the most popular phones worldwide, especially in markets like Europe. In the states we don't really see Nokia's "premium" phones that often.
"Good artists copy, great artists steal, and we have always been shameless about stealing great ideas." - Steve Jobs.

Your point being?

Apple claims that Nokia is asking unfair licensing rates for its valid patents.

If I own something, it is up to my to put a price on it and if you not like that price then you just don't buy them. Right? 🙄
