Left Cricket/ATT after 2 years......

I couldn't believe Verizon's excellent bold move and pricing bringing back unlimited. Then I couldn't believe Sprint's 5 lines of unlimited for $90. Finally, T-Mobile matching the 10GB per line of LTE Hotspot, ending throttled video and the new 2 unlimited lines for $100 all in promo taxes/fees included. Well, I couldn't wait to see AT&T & perhaps even the Cricket response. Pathetic. Totally pathetic. Voted with my wallet and ported 2/4 lines to TMO this weekend and have a small credit balance to burn with Cricket and then porting over the other two to TMO also. Seems AT&T is done competing & TMO's new network here in Montana is pretty solid and still growing. Glad to save a bunch of money monthly!

AT&T is a joke

Way to go, still having the worst wireless plans available.

This in no way competes with the other 3 carriers. Most glaringly, still no solution if you are an individual that DOES NOT want their crappy TV service which ensures AT&T gets well over $100 per month for the "privilege" of getting unlimited data.

Glad I left them.

Big changes

So in other words they just dropped the need to have a TV service through AT&T
Exactly.
By AT&T standards, it's a HUGE change.

AT&T

Their plans have been lame for over 10 years.
That's why I have switched to an MVNO and have never looked back.
No hidden surprises and gotchya's.
The big 4 are playing all kinds of games and it is getting ridiculous.

Farewell AT&T

I've been sitting on the grandfathered AT&T unlimited plan contemplating ditching for something cheaper. I have the 450min phone part with unlimited data and a 22% employer discount and still pay $96/mo.

When Verizon opened up their plan at $80 I thought that might be where I'd go but knew that AT&T would have to get in the game somehow so I held out with hopes that they would come in swinging.

Verizon came out swinging like a full grown adult with years of boxing experience
AT&T came out swinging like Ralphie in Christmas Story

Same old half ass promotion with no hotspot.

They can't even match Verizon this time around, no hotspot.
