Total bullshit

T-Mobile advertising is transparent and you get what is promised. The customer plays a huge part in the 'timely' aspect of the etf reimbursement and if they don't get the right documents in, that's on them.
Says the T-mobile employee who is unable to refute customers' real world experiences with any facts whatsoever.

ETF Lies

I was offered $650 per phone to switch from Sprint. I ported two lines and after a month and a half, they denied my reimbursement, they claimed that I already got paid on those numbers from the past. Their ad NEVER said anytime about that.
Now I'm stuck owing Sprint over $1,300.00
Thanks T-Mobile for not being honest.
T-mobile offers a reimbursement of what it costs you to switch over, but at the end of the day you're responsible for paying the other carrier what you owe them for switching. T-Mobile gave me like $500 in bill credits for trading in my verizon phones...

Just a way for the union to appear useful

Union dues from 5 million laborers being put to work. Union fees going up at a TMobile store near you.
