Keep getting symbol that looks like a cone with one scoop of iceceam. Any idea what it means? It comes and goes but not at any specific action I can determine.

ZTE Z-MAX doesn't recognize sd card

I just bought a 16 GB SDHC card for my z-max and when I installed the card and checked the external storage on the phone it still says mount sd card. Any ideas on why this is happening? I've had the phone for 2 days. Bought it new at Metro pcs. I've looked on every forum and can't find an answer. Please help!!!
Try a different brand SD Card. Then you'll have to format and mount it.

Someone on T-Mobile bought that phone from Walmart, & left a review on the phone. The phone does not have 4G disabled at all, as it's a T-Mobile phone. It's just that Walmart Family Mobile doesn't have access to T-Mobile's 4G network at this time, &...
