I can see ETF waivers coming out of this.

Like most carriers, Sprint smooths their coverage map, just because the map says you should have coverage doesn't mean you are not in a hole, the structure of the building can also cause loss of signal.

But now, upgrade your phone and bame a tech will come to your house and then you can say "see I told you it doesn't get signal in here".

Of course a tech can't waive your ETF...awkward...I feel for those who will have to do this job.

It's only a matter of time; a matter of Sprint holding the most spectrum of ALL carriers combined. Yes, they're behind because they went the HD-DVD route instead of Blu-ray, but they'll eventually catch up.
