house calls?

Interesting strategy from Sprint: rolling out a "white-glove" service offering while striving to be seen as the low-cost leader in wireless. Time will tell but would guess this is a short-lived program.
If these are the same "techs" that fix phones in stores currently, good luck. They barely want to do their jobs as it is and blame water damage for everything.

I can see ETF waivers coming out of this.

Like most carriers, Sprint smooths their coverage map, just because the map says you should have coverage doesn't mean you are not in a hole, the structure of the building can also cause loss of signal.

But now, upgrade your phone and bame a tech will come to your house and then you can say "see I told you it doesn't get signal in here".

Of course a tech can't waive your ETF...awkward...I feel for those who will have to do this job.
