Just waiting...

I might be a little facetious by saying this...but I am just waiting for Apple to start suing Carriers for having the same return window that they have. Afterall, they invented everything! Even the air you breathe!
It's called the iAir. 😎

Except in California?

I'm curious if they've changed the return window in California. Carriers are required by law to offer a 30 day return policy on contracted phones. So either it didn't change or it only changed for outright purchases, which seems like it would lead to alot of confusion...
For T-Mobile, for business accounts where the phone is ordered over the phone from their Business sales department, the return period is still 30 days for ALL states.
In California, any contract AT&T, Verizon, or Sprint phone has a 14-day return period. Additionally, prepaid AT&T phones have the same 14-day return period.
