far too easy to scratch the back glass

I've had this phone for a little over 3 weeks, and the back is already a mess. If I were a destroyer of phones, I'd have no room to complain, but I still have my green screen t-mobile sidekick in working order, so it can't be that.

Overall, the hardware is solid, but I feel like I'd have to keep this phone in a case to not have it immediately start showing damage.

Very disappointed in the quality of the back glass.

If you get one, get a case or some kind of protection for the back (and front) surfaces.

can anyone point out..

How the sony device does not infringe upon Rockstar's patents (as opposed to any other android device)? They all look the same to me.
