This was expected
this was expected becuase of the suits that US wired brought forth against sprint pcs. so therefore by eliminating those suits by buying them out it makes it possibly to do a smooth merger instead of problematic one.
What do you think will happen with the other affiliates?

We have Alamosa PCS here that operates Sprint hopefully hey get gobbled up the same way as US Unwired did because we have Nextel here as well.
