AT&T ≠ Rogers model?

Rogers just started preorders on their Optimus G phone today, and have been promoting it for a couple weeks already, touting an *exclusive* 2600mhz LTE model.

Does this mean an entirely different model, or are the Phonescoop specs here incorrect?

I've been searching far and wide to confirm what LTE bands the various Optimus G models will support- it looks like users will be SOL for roaming outside their own countries on LTE, since none of them appear to support more than the one or two bands used by the local carrier.. 😢

Correct. It's a similar but distinct model.

Curiously, both have an 8 megapixel camera. (The original and Sprint versions are 13-megapixel.)

But the AT&T version has a memory card slot, and supports four LTE bands (but not 2600.)
