How does one join this class action?

They did this to me in 2009 when i was on vacation using data via their AT&T Navigator. Resulted in a $900 phone bill. I paid it and discontinued my service the same day.

Those automated changes

Are a pain.....some computer somewhere changes a customer's plan, for whatever reason.....and as a customer service agent you can't do anything about it if the plan is discontinued, all you can do is file a case, and HOPE against hope that the case is settled in the customer's favor....

I fricking hated dealing with those....

And how much of that is going to the customers ?

....And another lawyer gets a big payday . 👿
Don't worry boys and girls AT&T will drop the ball again. It's inevitable.

Pay Attention Verizon

I have a grandfathered plan and I am keeping it. Don't make me get rough with you.
We have lobbyist. We will pay them double the fine to get the law changed. ( $1.4 million ) After we get the law changed we will bump you out of your grandfathered plan 😈
