Christy Wyatt, the VP of software applications and ecosystems at Motorola, recently indicated that she has vacated her board seat on the LiMo Foundation board of directors. Motorola remains an associate member, but is no longer listed on the LiMo Foundation's web site as a founding member. Motorola has fully committed itself to Google's Android platform, which is based on Linux. The company said in a statement, "At this time [Motorola] feels that the Android platform gives it a richer, more consistent foundation with strong support for the ecosystem and developer community."
