Updated: added info from Sprint official press release / added Android version

Today Samsung announced the Moment for Sprint. The Moment runs Google's Android platform version 1.6 with Google mobile services, including Search, Maps, Gmail and YouTube. The Moment is a sideways slider that has a 3.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen display and has a full QWERTY keyboard. It makes use of an optical joystick for on-screen navigation, is run by an 800Mhz processor, and has Wi-Fi, GPS, a 3.2 megapixel camera with video capture, and stereo Bluetooth. The Moment will be available November 1 for $180 after a $50 instant savings and a $100 mail-in-rebate, with a two-year contract. Customers can pre-order starting today.

Instinct Q?

Is this the instinct q? cause it sure looks like it.

Full Specs

Anyone where I can find the full specs on the Moment? I want to see how it compares to the Hero since the Moment & the Hero are the two phones I'm looking at to replace my Curve 8330 (unless Sprint gets the Storm 2).
The most important thing is the Moment has a REAL PHYSICAL keyboard. I don't know what the deal/appeal is with these all touch phones, I really don't.

This Moment has standards

"and has Wi-Fi, GPS, a 3.2 megapixel camera with video capture, and stereo Bluetooth."

4 things every phone from this Moment on should have as standards. Anything less then this should not be considered a smartphone.
i see what you did there, nice pun 😁
