Nokia Announces the Rugged 3720

Today Nokia introduced the 3720 Classic, a rugged monoblock phone that can withstand drops, vibration, and has an IP-54 (ingress protection) rating against moisture and dust. The 900/1800/1900 tri-band GSM/EDGE 3720 also has a 2 megapixel camera with flash, FM radio, Bluetooth 2.1, flashlight, and extended battery life. It will be available in select markets in the third quarter.

Might be a good phone, but the celluloco.com videos on YouTube are largely irrelevant.

The rugby kick isn't any kind of a test, the phone striking the relatively absorbent top of a human foot encased in a shoe, and it is kicked only a short distanc...
