Court Denies Quick Resolution to Verizon's FCC Suit

The U.S. Court of Appeals struck down Verizon Wireless's request for a quick resolution to its lawsuit regarding the FCC 700 MHz auction. This set back means Verizon Wireless will have to wait through the lobbying process the same as all the other parties interested in the spectrum auction. The reasoning behind the decision was that the FCC expects more lawsuits to be filed and will address them all together rather than separately.
