The Motorola RAZR Maxx Ve sort of represents the last step between the first several generations of RAZR phones and the upcoming RAZR 2. It offers more than its predecessors did in refinements, but less than the product replacing it in just a few months. Knowing that the Maxx Ve's successor is nearly ready to hit store shelves makes it less appealing. Even so, it does offer a host of features that users in the here-and-now can appreciate.

Motorola describes the new Edge as their one premium phone for the US for 2021, (besides whatever RAZR they may or may not introduce.) It's not a flagship, but it's well above the usual affordable fare that Motorola has primarily focused on in recent years. It has a fast-refresh display and a whopping 108 megapixel main camera.
Less than a year after the last "moto g power", Motorola already has a replacement ready to go. This affordable phone gives people their #1 request: more battery life.

Motorola today revealed the 2020 edition of its razr foldable phone, with upgraded specs across the board and a tweaked design. The general design is largely similar to the 2019 original, including the same flexible inner display and folding mechanism.

Motorola Mazz Ve Owner Not Too Happy
Keypad is not plastic
The screen is much bigger in resolution, not physical size and the keys are not plastic. I do miss the metal touch though. The black coating does make the keypad feel cheap compared to the other RAZR phones, but I love the rubberized coating on the body which is durable and more scratch resistant.
